Questions
Commission confirms once the team you referred makes its second monthly payment; a yearly plan confirms 30 days after it pays. On the 1st of each month we list what confirmed the month before and pay it by the 15th. Balances under $50 roll over to the next month.
PayPal, Wise or bank transfer, whichever you choose when you join, in US dollars. You can change it from your dashboard at any time.
Send us the email they signed up with from your dashboard within 14 days of their signup. We check with the team, and once they confirm it, the referral is yours.
Yes. A yearly plan pays you once: 20% of the yearly payment, so $350 for a team on Pro. It is paid once 30 days have passed without a refund.
Commission stops when they cancel, and after their 12th payment. If they leave before a second payment, nothing is paid. If a payment is refunded or charged back, its commission comes off your next payout.
No. Your own account, a workspace you belong to, or a colleague on the same company email domain doesn't count. Paid ads on the PYLO name, coupon sites and spam aren't allowed either.
