Referral terms
Who can refer
Anyone with a PYLO referral account, whether or not they are a PYLO customer. You join with your name, email and payout details, and accept these terms.
What you earn
- 20% of every payment a team you referred makes for its first 12 monthly payments, so 12 payouts at most.
- The 20% applies to the whole subscription payment, extra seats and extra Agency OS workspaces included. It is worked out on the amount paid excluding tax and after any discount.
- On yearly billing, one payout of 20% of the yearly payment.
- An upgrade or a downgrade changes the 20% from the next payment.
- PYLO customers may choose one free month of their own plan for each team they refer instead of cash. It is earned when that team makes its second payment.
Attribution
- A click on your referral link sets a cookie for 60 days. The team must start its trial or pay within those 60 days. If someone clicks more than one referral link, the last click wins.
- If a team signs up without your link, you can claim it from your dashboard within 14 days of its signup by sending the email it signed up with. PYLO confirms with the team before the referral is yours.
When commission confirms
- Nothing is earned on a free trial.
- Commission on a team's first payment is held and confirms when its second monthly payment succeeds. If there is no second payment, it is voided, and a single payment that is refunded earns nothing.
- A yearly payment confirms once 30 days have passed without a refund.
Payouts
- Monthly. On the 1st, PYLO lists the commission confirmed in the previous month and pays it by the 15th.
- Payouts are in US dollars, by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer, to the details on your dashboard.
- The minimum payout is $50. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
When it stops
Commission on a team stops when it cancels, moves to no plan, or has made its 12 counted payments.
Refunds and chargebacks
Commission on a refunded or charged back payment is removed. If it was already paid to you, it comes off your next payout.
Not allowed
- Referring yourself, your own workspace, or a team you are a member of, including colleagues on the same company email domain.
- Paid ads bidding on the PYLO name, spam, coupon sites, or misleading claims about PYLO.
Breaking these voids unpaid commission.
Changes
PYLO can change the program with 30 days' notice. Teams already referred keep the terms they were referred under.
