One day. We connect your CRM, configure your workspace, set up your Slack channels, and your team is live by the next morning.
Email us or reach out on Slack. Pro plans get priority support. Agency plans include dedicated white-glove onboarding — we configure everything for you.
Yes — two ways. The interactive demo lets you explore the real product with sample data (passcode: pylo2026). Or start a 7-day free trial with your own team.
Yes. The demo renders the exact same components as the live product — it's not a simplified version. It runs with two seeded workspaces (Demo Co and Demo Studio) so you can see both the Sales Manager and Agency views.
From Team Admin in your workspace, add reps by name, email, and role (closer, setter, SDR, admin). They'll receive a magic link to log in. You set their commission rates at the same time.
No. PYLO sits on top of your CRM. It handles everything the CRM ignores — post-call forms, EODs, commissions, payment tracking, and traceable metrics. Your CRM stays the source of contact truth.
Close CRM is fully wired and live. GoHighLevel (GHL) is supported with a CRM abstraction layer — 7 methods stubbed and ready. We connect whichever your team runs on.
Calendly (webhooks for bookings and cancellations), Typeform (application and qualification forms), Slack (10 automated channels), Zapier, Stripe, and Google Sheets. Whop integration is fully spec'd and coming soon.
PYLO routes events to 10 dedicated Slack channels automatically — bookings, call outcomes, closes, no-shows, cancellations, applications, and more. Every send is logged. Your team sees what matters without opening PYLO.
Yes. Calendly webhooks fire on booking confirmations and cancellations, routing events into your PYLO pipeline and the appropriate Slack channels.
Every number on your dashboard is clickable. Click it and the Inspector shows you the exact source table, filter conditions, contributing rows, and calculation. 35 metrics are wired. Owners and admins can inline-edit values with a 2-step confirmation — every edit is written to an audit log.
After every call, the closer submits a structured form — outcome (closed won, no close, no show, deposit, etc.), amount, payment type, and notes. Takes under 60 seconds. Every call is captured the same way across your team.
End-of-day reports from every rep, every day. You see who submitted and who didn't at a glance — before you have to chase. It's accountability built into the workflow.
Configure close%, set%, and low-ticket rates once per rep. PYLO calculates what's owed per rep per period automatically based on actual closed deals. Record payouts when you pay. No spreadsheets, no disputes.
Every payment plan — deposits, instalments, remainders — is tracked in one view. Overdue payments are flagged automatically and alerts fire to Slack before a small problem becomes a conversation you have to have.
Reps ranked by actual cash collected — not calls made or activity logged. The leaderboard updates in real time as post-call forms are submitted and payments land.
Yes. Post-call forms, EODs, leads, and payments can all be exported as CSV or Excel. Scoped to any date range, available to admins and owners.
Three tiers: Basic ($97/mo, 3 seats), Pro ($147/mo, 7 seats), and Agency ($247/mo, 20 seats + multiple workspaces). All include a 7-day free trial.
Each plan includes a set number of seats. Need more? Add extra seats at a flat per-seat rate — $19/seat on Basic, $15 on Pro, $12 on Agency. No need to jump tiers for one extra person.
Anyone you invite to your workspace — closers, setters, SDRs, admins. You (the workspace owner) don't count against the seat limit.
Yes, any time. Upgrades are instant. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. We prorate the difference.
Yes. Monthly billing, no lock-in, no cancellation fees. Your data stays exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
Yes. PYLO is multi-tenant — every workspace is scoped by client_id. Agency workspaces are additionally scoped by agency_id. No data leaks between workspaces.
You decide. Commission visibility is a per-workspace setting — reps can see only their own, or the whole team's. The owner controls this.
Magic link login via email, powered by Supabase Auth. No passwords to manage. After login, users are routed automatically — single workspace goes to the dashboard, multi-workspace to a workspace picker, agency users to the agency view.
No. Team members must be invited by an admin or owner. PYLO does not auto-create accounts on login — this is a deliberate security decision.
Yes. Every inline metric edit is logged to a dedicated audit table with the old value, new value, who changed it, and when. Slack automations are also logged to an automations log.
Send us a message and we'll get back to you within a few hours. Pro and Agency plans get priority responses.
Real feedback from real sales teams running on PYLO.
Logging a call takes seconds and my commission is always right. No more arguing over spreadsheets.
I can click any number and see exactly where it came from. No more guessing whether the dashboard is right.
Every client's team in one place, every rep accountable, every payment tracked. It just runs.
EOD takes me 2 minutes. Before PYLO I'd forget and get chased on Slack every night.
The pipeline view is clean. I can see exactly where every lead stands without asking anyone.
Setup took a day. The next morning my team was live and submitting post-call forms.
The commission ledger is accurate every single time. I never have to check the maths.
I just open the pipeline, see my leads, and know exactly what needs a follow-up.
I didn't build PYLO in a boardroom. I built it inside a real agency, for a real sales team, fixing real problems the week they happened. Every feature exists because someone on my team needed it.
