PYLO AI

The landing page where you hand PYLO AI a task or ask it about your own workspace.

Read as Markdown

PYLO AI is the first screen you land on after signing in, listed as PYLO AI at the top of the sidebar. You type a task or a question about your numbers, leads or team, and PYLO AI answers from the live data in your workspace. Everyone with access to a workspace can open it, and each person's PYLO AI can only do what their role can do.

Before you get there

If you are a closer, setter or SDR and you have not set a personal goal for the current month, PYLO sends you to the goal-setting step first. The goal page also lets you skip for now.

What is on the page

The page holds three things: the title PYLO AI Agent, a line naming your workspace, and the box you type into. The box's placeholder changes every few seconds to a task PYLO AI can do for your role.

Your roleTasks the placeholder shows
Owner, admin or opsPull cash collected this month, by closer; check which reps have not sent their EOD today; find duplicate leads and plan the merges; list overdue instalments; compare show and close rates; check every connected tool is healthy
Setter, SDR or DM setterDraft my EOD for today; pull my call list for today; plan my day; log the outcome of my last call; show where I rank this month
Everyone elsePlan my day; brief me on my next call; log the outcome of my last call; work out my commission this month; show where I rank this month

Setting up the workspace has its own page, Setup, in the sidebar under PYLO AI.

Asking questions

Type into the composer and send. Answers can include a short table and a line naming the figures read and the dates they cover. You can attach one file to a question: images, PDFs and CSVs, up to 8MB. If you attach a CSV that looks like a known export, PYLO offers to open the importer for it.

When PYLO suggests a change to a setting, it shows a card listing what would change, and nothing happens until you confirm it. If your role cannot make that change, you get the same refusal the settings screen would give you. PYLO can also propose a recurring summary, which you confirm with Schedule it.

Your conversations

Conversations are saved, so you can close the tab and pick up later on any device. Once you have history, a rail on the left lists your conversations under Today, Yesterday, Previous 7 days and Older. New chat starts a fresh one and Delete conversation removes the one you are in.

Common questions

Why is New chat greyed out? Until PYLO switches on multiple conversations for your workspace, you have a single conversation and every question is added to it. The rail says so.
