# The rep app and push notifications

How closers, setters and SDRs install PYLO Rep on a phone, sign in, use each screen and turn on push notifications.

PYLO Rep is the phone app for closers, setters and SDRs. You use it to file post-call forms, log past calls and DM closes, send your end of day report and check your board. It lives at `/rep` on your PYLO address and installs to your home screen as a web app. Owners and admins who open it are sent to the desktop app.

## Installing it on your phone

Open `/rep` on your PYLO address in your phone's browser.

- **iPhone:** in Safari, tap **Share**, then **Add to Home Screen**, and open PYLO Rep from that icon from then on. An iPhone only shows notifications to an app added to the Home Screen.
- **Android:** use your browser's option to install the app or add it to the home screen.

## Signing in

Enter your work email and tap **Send code**. PYLO emails you a six-digit code, which can take a minute to arrive. Type it in and tap **Sign in**, or use **Send a new code** if it does not come.

Use the code rather than the link in the email: an installed iPhone app keeps its own sign-in, separate from Safari, so the link would sign in Safari and leave the app signed out. If you belong to more than one workspace, you pick one after signing in.

## What it shows

The floating tab bar at the bottom of the screen has five screens.

| Tab | What it is for |
| --- | --- |
| Today | **Forms owed** for calls already held, and **Later today**. Tap an owed call to file its form. |
| Log | **Log a past call** with no booking in PYLO, or **Log a DM close** for a sale made over messages. |
| EOD | Today's end of day report, the same one as on the desktop. |
| Board | This month's [My Board](/docs/features/my-board) figures and target, read only. |
| Outbox | Forms not yet sent, and any that need a change. |

## Working without signal

With no signal, anything you file is kept on the phone and sends by itself when the signal is back. Screens you have already opened still show, marked with the time they were loaded. If your session ends, sign in again and waiting forms send by themselves. Signing out deletes unsent forms from the phone, so the app warns you first.

## Push notifications

PYLO switches notifications on for your workspace. Until it has, the Notifications screen says so, and your Slack reminders carry on as they are.

To turn them on for your phone:

1. Tap the bell in the header.
2. Tap **Turn on**, then allow notifications when your phone asks. It only asks at this point.

If you blocked them earlier, allow them for PYLO Rep in your phone's settings, then come back. To stop them, tap **Turn off on this phone**.

Under **What to send** you choose, for each event, whether it goes to your phone, to Slack, or both:

| Event | When it is sent | Channels |
| --- | --- | --- |
| New call booked | When a call is booked with you | Phone only |
| Post-call form due | Five minutes after a call ends, if its form is not in | Phone or Slack |
| End of day report due | At 20:00, if today's report is not in | Phone or Slack |
| A booking of yours was a no-show | When the closer files a no-show on a call you booked | Phone or Slack |

Slack is offered when your workspace has [Slack](/docs/connectors/slack) connected and you have a Slack user linked. By default every event goes to your phone once notifications are on, and every event except a new booking also goes to Slack.

A notification shows the time of the call and nothing else, never a lead's name or any money, because a lock screen is not private. Tapping it opens the call or your end of day report in PYLO Rep.

## Working from your own AI agent

If you connect Claude, or another AI agent, to PYLO as yourself, it can do your day from the chat. It only ever sees your own calls, leads, forms, numbers and pay. The team shows up only as an average and your rank.

You can ask it things like:

| You say | What happens |
| --- | --- |
| "What's on today?" | Your calls with their confirmation colour, the forms you owe, your end of day and its cutoff, callbacks you promised and deposits with nothing else scheduled |
| "Setter notes and application for my 3pm" | The brief for one of your own calls |
| "Who do I call next?" | Your call lists (today, new leads, after a webinar, no-shows, recent no-buys, deposits), each lead with why it is there and when you may next call it |
| "Log that as a voicemail", "Score the 2pm no-show a 2", "Mark my 4pm confirmed" | Saved in PYLO for you. Nothing is written to your calendar |
| "I've got this one" | Claims the lead. The first claim holds it until you release it |
| "My numbers against the team", "What have I earned?", "How far am I from moving up?" | Your figures, your commission lines and your level |
| "List my calls this week", "My activity yesterday", "Am I up to date on end of days?" | The same calls, activity and end-of-day compliance a manager reads for the team, with only your own rows. Asking for someone else's activity is refused |
| "How do I handle the spouse objection?" | The team's SOPs, quoted with where each passage comes from |

### Forms your agent drafts

When your agent drafts a form for you, you get a notification saying your form is ready to check. Open **From your agent** on Today, or tap the notification. Each draft opens the usual form already filled in. Add the money yourself, check it, and file it as you normally would. A draft never carries money. **Set aside** puts a draft you do not want out of the list.

### Forms your agent files for you

Your agent can also file your own post-call form or end of day from the chat, money included, but only once you confirm it. You get a notification saying a form is waiting for your code. It never shows the lead or the money. In the app, the form shows with every figure and a six digit code. If it is right, type the code in your chat, or tap **File it**. If it is wrong, tap **Not right** and nothing is filed.

- The code works once, for that one form, for 10 minutes. Nobody else's code can file your form, and yours cannot file theirs.
- It files exactly as the app does: the same checks, the same CRM update and the same Slack post.
- Cash filed this way shows as reported. It counts toward your commission once the payment processor's own payment matches it.
- Only the call's closer files its form from the chat. If you set the call, your agent drafts it for the closer instead.
- On an end of day, anything PYLO counted from your logs (calls, dials, pickups, conversations, talk time) is filled in for you. If you give a different number, yours is filed and PYLO's count is kept beside it for your manager to see.
