# End of day reports

How reps file their end-of-day report, and how managers track who has filed across the team.

End of day reports (EODs) are the short daily report each closer, setter and SDR files about their day. There are two screens: **My EOD** at `/eod`, where a rep files and reviews their own, and the **Daily tracking grid** at `/admin/eod`, where managers see the whole team. The sidebar's **EOD** item opens the one you can use.

## Who can open each screen

- **My EOD** is for closers, setters and SDRs. Other roles have no report to file and are sent to [My Board](/docs/features/my-board).
- The **Daily tracking grid** is for owners, admins and ops, and for any member given permission to view team EODs. Anyone else is sent to My EOD.

## Filing your EOD

On My EOD, click **Fill today's EOD** (or **Update today's EOD** once you have filed). The form changes with your role:

- **Closers** get today's calls, live calls, closes, cash collected and no-shows filled in from the calls PYLO holds, then hours worked and an energy rating.
- **Setters** see the calls booked in Calendly, then enter inbounds, outbounds, follow-ups, calls pitched, calls booked, dials, pickups and conversations. Your own calls booked can differ from the Calendly figure. A setter who sets by DM is asked their DM figures instead of dials and pickups; see [Team](/docs/features/team).
- **SDRs** enter triages attempted and connected, dials, conversations, appointments set, DMs sent and replies, plus notes and quality ratings.

A workspace can choose which of these numbers each role is asked. On an [affiliate funnel](/docs/settings/affiliate), for example, an SDR is asked dials and conversations but not triages or appointments. A number the workspace does not ask is stored as not asked, never as 0. Where signups are logged on [Affiliate signups](/docs/features/affiliate-sales), an EOD your agent drafts for you starts with your logged signups filled in. A signup count on an EOD is shown beside the logged signups and is never counted as one.

Every role answers four reflection questions and a short checklist. Any extra questions your workspace has added appear too; see [End of day questions](/docs/settings/eod-questions).

You can also fill a **BOD** (beginning of day) with your main focus, a target and anything blocking you.

## Your EOD figures

- **Compliance rate** is explained in [What the figures mean](#what-the-figures-mean), at the end of this page.
- **Submissions this month** counts the reports you have filed this month.
- **Current streak** counts consecutive days filed, ending today or yesterday.
- **Average submission time** is your average filing time of day, in London time.

**History** lists every report you have filed, newest first.

## The Daily tracking grid

The **Daily** view shows today for every active closer, setter and SDR:

- **Compliance rate** is reports filed today divided by team size, with how many of the team's reports are in.
- **Submitted today**, **Missing submissions** and **Avg submission time**.
- **Today's grid** marks each person **Submitted**, **Submitted late** or **Not submitted**, with their first reflection answer or a stats summary.
- **Weekly compliance trend** covers the last seven days.

A report filed at or after your workspace's cutoff hour counts as late. The default is 19:00 London time.

**EOD submitted alerts.** Pick a Slack or Discord channel for **Closer EODs**, **Setter EODs** and **SDR EODs** in [Integrations](/docs/settings/integrations), or one channel for all of them under **Every EOD**. A role with no channel of its own goes to **Every EOD**. The first time someone files a day's report PYLO posts their name, the day, up to four of their headline numbers and a link that opens the report. Editing a report already filed posts nothing. The link opens for owners, admins, ops and anyone allowed to see team reports; anyone else lands on their own EOD page.

**Send a nudge** reminds everyone missing today's report and tells you how it went out, or that nothing was sent because no Slack destination is set up.

Owners, admins and ops can **Submit on behalf** of someone who has not filed. **View report** opens a filed report. The **History** view lists submissions for the last 7 days, the last 30 days or all time. On the **Pro** plan you can export the grid.

## Off days

When a rep has weekly off days set on their team member record, the grid shows **Off** for them on those days instead of Not submitted. An off day is not counted as missing and is left out of the compliance rate, both today and in the seven day trend. A rep who files on an off day anyway shows as filed.

## Common questions

**Why does compliance show a pending mark?** With no active sales team members there is nothing to divide by, so no rate is shown.

## What the figures mean

Each explanation below is generated from PYLO's metric registry, the same source Ask PYLO and Claude quote from, so the docs and their answers always agree.

### Daily Tracking Grid

#### End-of-day reports filed

Distinct dates in the period on which this rep filed an end-of-day report. Two reports for one date count once, because the denominator counts days.

- **Shown to:** closers, setters and SDRs.

#### EOD compliance this month

Days this rep filed an end-of-day report this month as a share of the days of the month so far.

- **Counts:** End-of-day reports filed, out of Days elapsed this month.
- **Shown to:** closers, setters and SDRs.
